Over the last few weeks we  have being getting numerous reports of Dogs Not Under Control - sheep worrying or killed, dogs on dogs attacks & people being bitten.    Please keep your dog on a lead if near livestock, other dogs & members of the public. Dogs not kept under proper control Civil proceedings can be taken against the owner of a dog that is dangerous and not kept under proper control. The dangerousness alleged can be towards people or animals and the legislation applies to incidents in both public and private places. https://www.gov.uk/control-dog-public
